Product Description
The hallmark of quality comprises every product that bears our name. We choose the finest plantation timbers for quarter sawing the logs into planks by employing the SDR technique. These planks are chemically engineered and seasoned before converting them into battens. The battens are placed between two mechanically dehydrated veneers. Adequate pressing in a hot press under specified temperature and pressure enhances the dimensional stability on the one hand whereas; a chemical treatment makes the finished block board immune to borers.
